Sienna Mt Waverley
Sienna Mt Waverley is a tranquil urban oasis in a secluded valley, with homes nestled into gentle slopes overlooking a beautiful lake and waterfall. The more than $70 million project covers an area of around 7.3 hectares in the heart of Mt Waverley, with 118 double story homes with double garages to be made available in progressive stages.
The name Sienna was chosen to reflect the visual imagery of earthy colours found on the site, which was a disused quarry. The name Sienna also conjures up images of the famous Tuscany region in Italy with its gentle rolling hills, rich colours and charming, natural surroundings.
Stage 1 Alluvium is sold out. Stage 2 Cinnabar is selling fast. Stage 3 Magenta, with 18 new architect designed homes to be built in 2010, will shortly be released.
