Phil Lewis, Managing Director

Phil began his involvement in the property and construction industries in 1975. Since then he has gained a reputation as a respected and successful builder and developer across all sectors.

Phil has an accounting degree from Swinburne University and is:

• A registered building practitioner for both domestic and commercial construction
• A member of the Master Builders’ Association of Victoria

Phil is also a director of the Chain Group of Companies, which has undertaken many developments throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Working under the guidance of widely respected property industry figure and founder of the Chain Group, the late Mr Chaim “Harry” Chrapot, Phil developed a knack for quality and innovative building practices and successfully completing projects which other developers considered too difficult.

Phil oversees all of Five Squared’s projects and is renowned for his hands on approach that ensures quality, integrity and efficiency are maintained at all times.
